Purpose, Goals, Mission Statement,
Values and Possibilities
The VENUSIAN CHURCH is a sacred
religious enterprise devoted to the proposition that
“GOD IS LOVE,” "SEX IS DIVINE," "PLEASURE is SACRED,"
FREEDOM of religious expression is INALIENABLE and
essential to finding the GOD(ess) within.” The unique
"Spiritual Hedonism" of the Venusian Religion provides
its members with a spiritual pathway to be fully
actualized in the here and now. It offers a technology
that provokes a religious transformation, a paradigm
shift that produces an extraordinary opportunity to be
at cause and to have the freedom to actively participate
in one’s own Apotheosis.
PURPOSE:
is to discover our ultimate ground of Being, the God(ess)
within.
GOALS:
are to make the possibility of APOTHEOSIS available to
everyone.
MISSION:
is to provide a simple, pleasurable and immediate access
to Paradise. This includes the right to the Pursuit of
Happiness and the opportunity to know and experience
ourselves as Divine. Our goal presently is to provide
this opportunity of APOTHEOSIS to all Venusian Church
members who are committed to the principles of having a
Divine existence in the here and now.
POSSIBILITY:
A new religious possibility with a genuine commitment to
Nature’s God. And a profound dedication to care for and
protect our unalienable right to life, liberty and the
pursuit of happiness and for this Divine mandate to work
for everyone with no one excluded.
VALUES and PRINCIPLES:
Our values and principles are at the source of who we
are and the basis from which we conduct our sacred
enterprise. They are:
INTEGRITY:
Keeping our word, being honest and having the ability to
generate a Divine reality.
RESPONSIBILITY:
Having the ability to live at cause: Self-generated,
Self-motivated and Self-actualized.
AUTONOMY:
Having the ability to act without the need for
supervision or control from others.
AUTHENTICITY:
Actively and honestly expressing our own genuine Self in
all areas of our lives.
SELF-EXPRESSION:
Ability to be Self-respecting, to be free of past
conditioning and the un-natural conditions that have
imprisoned us or suppressed our lives, to be whole and
complete, to find and express our Divinity.
We promise to conduct ourselves
consistent with the stated values and principles and to
be faithful to this commitment as we pursue our mission,
actualize our purpose and accomplish our goals. |
